APPOINTMENT CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
All services require a valid credit card to be held on file.
Any cancellation or changes to your appointment must be made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment the service(s) will be charged in full. Your cancellation fee will be processed on the day of the appointment missed.
If you are not satisfied with your service, TheSpa Santé and Salon will correct it at no additional cost provided that it is within 7 days from your original service with your original stylist.
NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES.
TheSpa Santé and Salon requires a deposit for all hair extension and color correction services. The amount is determined on an individual basis by your Stylist during your consultation. The deposit is non-refundable unless canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT $50
HAIR EXTENSIONS – DEPOSIT AMOUNT DETERMINE DBY STYLIST DURING CONSULTATION.
SEMI-PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES $150 FOR NEW APPOINTMENTS, $100 FOR RETURNING CLIENTS.
PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All retail sales are final.
Brushes are non-refundable unless of an obvious product defect.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges for Prédiré Paris or Promise products.
You may exchange unopened products within 30 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds or refunds or exchanges on any products after 30 days.
Gift Cards will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, or used without your permission. Our store gift cards are valid for use towards products (with the exception of Prédiré Paris or Promise products) and services. Gift Card balances are not refundable.
The minimum purchase for Care Credit use is $500 and can only be applied towards services. We do not accept Care Credit as payment towards a deposit, gratuity, products, or gift cards.
When making an appointment a Care Credit card cannot be used to hold on file. Another credit card will have to be used to make a deposit or hold on file for future services.
We only accept Care Credit use after in-person verification using a valid photo ID verification. Care Credit can only be used by the cardholder and not used to purchase products, gift cards, deposit or gratuity.
