Our staff has taken additional steps in order to enhance our sanitation standards to provide a safe environment for you. These steps include conducting wellness checks to ensure our team members are healthy. 

Employees and guests will not be permitted if you've experienced any COVID-19 symptoms such as cough, fever, body aches, loss of taste or smell, and/or shortness of breath in the last 14 days or have been exposed. 

All employees have been given the option to return to work.

Our team is taking industry-leading health precautions and doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our people. our community, and you. These guidelines are subject to change as instructed by CDC and Government officials. 

  • All staff and clients are required to wear a mask.

  • No Cash transactions. All appointments will require a 50% Deposit and Credit Card on file for a wallet-less checkout. 

  • Frequent sanitation (with extra attention to high-contact areas).

  • Hepa Air Filters are distributed throughout the spa and salon. 

  • Hand Sanitizers are available for use as well as antibacterial soap.

  • Our team members are required to wear face coverings as soon as they enter the building and gloves when required for safety and precaution. 

  • By California state regulations our spa and salon are operating at limited capacity.

    • Our hair department will only be operating at 25% capacity​.

    • Our nail department will only be operating at 25% capacity.

    • Our skin care department will only be operating at 25% capacity.

    • Our permanent makeup department will only be operating at 25% capacity.

  • Contactless payment is available using TAP or ApplePay.

  • Reduced capacity (each salon chair is stationed over 6' apart).

  • No waiting area (please arrive a few minutes before your appointment to allow time to fill out our Screening Checklist).

  • All staff and clients must undergo a temperature assessment

  • Each station will be sanitized before and after each appointment.

  • Sanitized front desk and credit/debit terminal after each client.

  • No use of locker rooms to change before spa services. 

  • Sanitized products before and after each use.

What you can do to help us:

  • Please make sure that you have some form of face-covering before entering our building.

  • Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment to allow time to fill out our Screening Checklist.

  • No additional guests are allowed at this time, including children.

    • If a child is receiving a service, an adult is allowed to accompany them but will have to be booked as separate appointments and operators. ​

  • Please limit the belongings brought into the building.

  • During this time, we will not be accepting cash payment. Credit/Debit card only or ApplePay.

  • Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments please contact us 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid losing any deposits and hols on transactions.
