If you need to cancel your appointment, please call the salon front desk at (626) 586-3488 or email at PasadenaFrontDesk@thespasante.com at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any appointments missed or cancelled later than 24 hours prior are subject to a 100% service cancellation fee. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment time and will serve as your default method of payment. If you do not wish to leave a valid credit card, you may call for a same day appointment to avoid a charge.
